My purchasing experience was the most comfortable thus far. I have purchased multiple vehicles in my life time and I have to say that this one was the quickest, most hassel free of all. Most important I felt as though my salesman Joel displayed passion and concern toward my purchase. I knew that this dealer to customer relationship was going to be open and honest due to the conversations and hassel free purchasing. I will recomend Victory Chevrolet and Joel to all of my friends interested in purchasing a new or used Chevrolet.
4.19.12–Delia Williams–It was the best car buying experience I’ve ever encountered. My husband and I were treated with respect and in a courteous and professional manner. There was ample follow up, the vehicle is excellent and has quality written all over and through it. As my son would say “Chevrolet has its swag back!”

I have been doing business with this dealership since 1980 and have never had a reason to take my business elsewhere. After every sale the service department is really what has kept me coming back. I have noticed very little turnover through the years with Service Managers and Service Advisors. I have worked with John Fowlkes the current Service Advisor for some time now and more recently with Chuck the Service Mgr. and Al usually works on my car. They show me respect and listen to what I have to say. They have always shown sincere appreciation for my business. The office staff as well as the sales department are friendly while waiting for service. Like I said, no reason to go elsewhere!

10-26-11 Luther Sumpter–This is the 8th vehicle I have purchase from Victory Chevrolet since June 2000. I would not deal with any other dealership and would not deal with no one other than Mike Smith–Excellent!!!!
10-27-11 Mark Isenburg– Kimberly Manuel the Customer Service Manager is very prompt in checking on work done and offers a discount on future work.John,the Service Manager is very good at explaining the work and updating while waiting on the vehicle. I am glad they work at Victory.
